Table
d'hôtes
|
|
The table d'hôtes is served
every evening if booked the day before..
This allows us to cook all our
meals from fresh products.
Concerning local fruit and vegetables,
we favour organic products. Concerning exotic products such as coffee
or rice for instance, we favour fair trade food products.

Meals are served at the common
table.
This choice guarantees conviviality
and fosters interaction between guests.
Each meal includes a starter,
a main course and a dessert. It ends with coffee or (herbal) tea. Our
meals are served with wine (and water) of course.
